The game is actually fully cross platform on all 3 major consoles (ps4, switch, xbox one), with Steam being the primary PC release platform. The inclusion of something as large-scoped as this would definitely set the release back quite a bit and I really don't want to delay things further. Having it continue to be available would have been a significant drain on my resources to ensure issues that arose with it got addressed and would have taken time away from actually finishing the game! Yep sorry about that, I don't know how clearly the demo time-frame was communicated by Steam, I probably could have made that more clear on my end as well.
